Over the past 13 years, the Yemeni American News has worked for both the Yemeni American Community and the broader Metro Detroit populace. Over these years, a lot has changed in the political, social and cultural landscape of both America and Yemen. We’d like to thank you for being an essential part of our efforts to document these changes.
Published since 2007 by Rasheed Alnozili, the Yemeni American News has documented important events in history. From full-time updates on the Novel Coronavirus Pandemic, to a continued look at the Crisis in Yemen, we’ve kept our eyes open on all the issues that are important to our readers.
This year has been exceptional in the history of the Yemeni American News. With the start of a Pandemic, nation-wide protests and an election, the saying ‘some decades happen in just a year’ is no small truth. But like this year, and the years ahead, we want our readers to know that we’ll keep you informed, up-to-date, and prepared for the world around you.
