HAMTRAMCK MI-Certain terms and conditions in the purchase agreement between the seller, Harper Global Enterprises, LLC and the School District could not be fulfilled and, therefore, the District cannot purchase and open the building for the start of the school year. We are continuing to discuss the acquisition of the building and what is necessary for its occupancy by the District but at this time it will not be available for school use by the start of the upcoming school year.
