Certified results showed Alharbi with 2,066 votes to Mahmood&#8217;s 2,060 votes.<br>The recount is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Dec. 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unofficial results in the Nov. 4 election initially showed Alharbi winning by 11 votes. However, the race had not yet been declared because election officials&nbsp;rejected 150 absentee ballots due to discrepancies with the signature on the sealed envelope. Those 150 voters were given until Nov. 7 to correct their ballots for them to be counted.
