In the study, the researchers estimate that because of the economic fallout of the Coronavirus Crisis, auto sales may fall up to 20% over the next three years.<\/p>\n<p>Another study published through Imperial College in London estimates that Governor Gretchen Whitmer\u2019s Stay-at-Home Order may have saved tens of thousands of lives. The purpose of the stay-at-home order was in order to ensure that the medical systems were not overwhelmed from treating COVID-19 Patients. \u201cFlattening the curve\u201d may have been the biggest lifesaver in Michigan\u2019s public health history.<\/p>\n<p>A group of nurses at Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit have filed a lawsuit against the hospital. The lawsuit alleges that the hospital, through serious understaffing, neglected its patient.<\/p>\n<p>Michigan has reported a total of 59,621 cases of COVID-19. The state of Michigan also has seen 5,745 deaths related to COVID-19 complications. Wayne County reports more than 289 new cases of COVID-19 over the past week.
