As of today at 5:30pm, the total number of confirmed cases in the United States was 929,730.<\/p>\n<p>President Donald Trump has come under fire for suggesting people inject themselves with disinfectant. Although the President said he was being sarcastic, this didn\u2019t stop critics from seeing the suggestion as a reflection of his leadership during this crisis.<\/p>\n<p>Michigan has reported a total of 37,203 cases of COVID-19. The state of Michigan also has seen 3,274 deaths related to COVID-19 complications. Wayne County reports 196 new cases of COVID-19.
