The lab where the scientists work reported promising results in tests conducted with mice.<\/p>\n<p>Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan is expected to announce a program that will move people to testing sites in a safe and reliable way.<\/p>\n<p>Michigan has reported a total of 14,225 cases of COVID-19. The state of Michigan also has seen 540 deaths related to COVID-19 complications. Wayne County reports 621 new cases of COVID-19 with 248 deaths.
