The loans are targeted for businesses in low-income areas that are struggling as a result of Michigan&#8217;s COVID-19 Outbreak.<\/p>\n<p>The loans will be for a term of 12 months, with interest rates between 0-2%. The available loans range from $5,000 &#8211; $50,000.<\/p>\n<p>Businesses need to have fewer than 100 employees with an an annual revenue of $1million or less.
